Return Policy — Glow City Lights

We want you to love your lights. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required

How to start a return: Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Items returned after the 14-day window
